1. Products & prices
- All prices are in Algerian Dinar (DZD) and include all taxes (no VAT charged by a private seller).
- Product photos are illustrative; slight colour differences may occur.
- Delivery fees depend on your wilaya and delivery type (home / office) and are shown before you confirm.
2. Ordering
- Placing an order on the site is an offer to buy. Every order is confirmed by phone or WhatsApp before shipping — unconfirmed orders are cancelled.
- You must provide a correct name, phone number and address. We may cancel orders with unreachable or incorrect details.
3. Payment
Payment is cash on delivery. You pay the courier when you receive your parcel. No advance payment is ever requested — beware of impersonators.
4. Delivery
- We deliver to all 58 wilayas of Algeria. Estimated times are shown at checkout and confirmed by phone.
- Please inspect your parcel on receipt. Report any problem within 48 hours: +213 655 11 13 63.
5. Returns
- Wrong or defective item: exchange or refund within 7 days of delivery, item unused and in its packaging. Return shipping for our error is on us.
- Change of mind after the courier arrives: you may refuse the parcel on the spot at no cost, but return shipping after acceptance is at your charge.
