1. What we collect
- Order details you provide: name, phone number, delivery address (wilaya), and order notes.
- Technical data: pages visited and device type, used only to keep the site working and fast.
We do not collect bank or card details — payment is cash on delivery.
2. Why we use it
- To confirm, deliver and follow up on your order (call, WhatsApp or Telegram message).
- To improve the store and prevent abuse.
3. Sharing
Your phone number and address are shared only with the delivery courier for your wilaya. Your data is never sold.
4. Storage
Your cart is kept in your own browser (localStorage). Orders are stored securely on our server in Algeria/EU infrastructure and kept only as long as needed for delivery, returns and accounting.
5. Your rights (Algeria Law 18-07)
You may ask at any time to see, correct or delete your personal data by contacting us at hello@al-tiba.org or +213 655 11 13 63. We reply within a reasonable time.
6. Cookies & local storage
This site uses a strictly necessary session cookie (login/admin) and browser local storage (cart, wishlist, language). No advertising trackers are installed by us. External fonts/icons (Google Fonts, FontAwesome) may set their own technical requests — see their policies.
